India is being led by Virat Kohli in this cricket series. After winning the three-match T20 cricket series, India would have hoped for an easier cricket series, but West Indies have spoiled those plans for now.
India gave chances to the likes of Shivam Dubey and Shreyas Iyer in the first game. India also brought back Kedar Jadhav in the eleven. However, after a heavy defeat, India may change their plans a bit.

Expert Prediction: IND vs WI
West Indies have gone 1-0 up in the three-match ODI cricket series against India. It was not supposed to be this way from India’s point of view. India was outthought, outbatted, outbowled and outfielded by West Indies in the first cricket game.
Despite losing Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, and Virat Kohli cheaply, India managed to post a good total of 287 runs, thanks to a brilliant partnership between Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer. Both of them hammered a fifty each but none could go on to post a big total. As a result, instead of posting a total of over 300 runs, India was restricted to a total of 287 runs.
In reply, West Indies never looked in trouble. In fact, despite playing three spinners, India failed to pick up a wicket. Both Shai Hope and Shimron Hetmyer took on Indian bowlers and did not allow pressure to build. Shimron Hetmyer hit six sixes in his innings, whereas Shai Hope played well within his limitations. Hope ensured that he batted right through the innings and never allowed the collapse to happen which India team and fans were hoping to see.
India would be looking to bring in Yuzvendra Chahal in this game of cricket. India looked short of ideas and wicket-taking options when West Indies were going great guns. In absence of Jasprit Bumrah, the onus will lie on the spin twins of Kuldeep Yadav and Chahal to pick wickets in middle overs.
Deepak Chahar has bowled well at the start of the innings, but India would need Mohammad Shami to get back to his best soon. Shami has been given the opportunity in the white-ball cricket following some great success in Test cricket.
Our prediction is of a comeback win for India in this second cricket game. They are playing at home and know how to bounce back in these conditions. West Indies, on the other hand, would be hoping for one more push to register a historic series win in India.
