Cricket Match Preview:
In a sedate low-scoring game of cricket, India emerged victorious albeit in a not too convincing manner. India had to chase down the total of just 96 runs after they restricted West Indies to just 95 runs after 20 overs. It was a professional performance from their bowlers, which had a new look to it after the World Cup.
As predicted, India gave chance to the fast bowler, Navdeep Saini, who had played under Virat Kohli for Royal Challengers Bangalore this year. He was the destroyer-in-chief of the Indian bowling unit. He picked up three for 17 in his debut game for his country and bowled West Indies out of the game. Before the game, India had decided to stick with Virat Kohli as skipper of the Indian team and while the coach is not yet finalised, Ravi Shastri has flown with the team as a coach for this tour.
West Indies played their near full-strength side in the first T20 cricket game. Two of their comeback stars, Keiron Pollard and Sunil Narine, were their best performers in the first T20 cricket game. While Pollard nearly scored his first 50 for West Indies since 2012, Narine troubled all the Indian batsmen during his spell of four overs 14 for 2.
Despite Jasprit Bumrah not being available, India’s pace bowling looked in safe hands. The likes of Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Krunal Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja bowled well. India’s batting, however, stuttered during the run chase. In his comeback game, Shikhar Dhawan could not fire and Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma seemed to struggle as well during their stay in the crease.
India did not choose KL Rahul in the first game of cricket and if the batsmen do not show any improvement, then he may find himself back soon. For now, the likes of Manish Pandey, Shikhar Dhawan and Rishabh Pant will have to turn up for their team and show their true mettle.
Cricket Match Information:
West Indies will take on India in the third T20 international cricket game of the three-match cricket series. By the time this piece is being written, the teams had played the first T20 international cricket game, which India had won by four wickets.

Cricket Statistics and Prediction:
Shikhar Dhawan made a comeback into the India cricket team after a brief hiatus due to injury in the 50 over cricket World Cup. He did not look too comfortable in his stay in the first cricket game. With him being in his 30s and the next 50 over World Cup being four years away, his goal should be to do well in the T20 World Cup to be played next year. However, to achieve that, he needs to be fit and play in the T20 mode for about a year. Our prediction is of a good performance from him in the next game of cricket.
Cricket Match Conditions and Pitch:
The last international T20 cricket match was played here way back in 2010 between England and Ireland. Since then, a lot of T20 cricket game for the Caribbean Premier League has been played on this venue. Our prediction is of the score of around 170 in this cricket game. Conditions are expected to be good for cricket.
Our Prediction:
India will begin this game of cricket as favourites. They have had a good record against West Indies in the last few T20 cricket games. Hence, our prediction is of an Indian victory.
